According to the Transparency Website for Monitoring and Organizing Non-Oil Revenues in the provinces of Sulaymaniyah and Halabja, as well as the Raparin and Garmian administrations:
Revenue for the week April 25 until – May 1, 2026 in the Sulaymaniyah area was 8 billion and 144 million dinars, with 99% collected in cash and 1% via checks. While the revenue for the previous week was 13 billion and 72 million dinars.
Therefore, compared to the previous week, revenue decreased by 5 billion dinars, which equals a 38% drop.
