He must respond or give an explanation to the court within 21 days
United States District Court for the District of Columbia has issued a notice to Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani, asking him to respond to the request within 21 days.
The warning is a complaint filed by the Kurdistan Victims Fund against Masrour Barzani and a number of other officials.
