According to the decision of the Federal Court, the Kurdistan parliament has been illegal for seven months since November 6, 2022, which means the parliamentarians must return the salaries they received in the past 6 month.
The total amount of the salaries that is supposed to be returned is (3.395.300.000) dinars.
Also, the six parliamentarians who were sworn in after November 6, 2022, must return their salaries, which is (102) million dinars.
