Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) oil has been suspended since Saturday afternoon due to the decision of the International Court of Arbitration in Paris. As a result KRG has lost $66 million since the suspension of oil exports, in the past three days.
The average price of Brent oil in the world market was (74) dollars, the Kurdistan Region sells oil for (19) dollars less, which means that the Kurdistan Region sells its oil at (55) dollars.
According to an official letter from the director of the Iraqi oil shipment office in the Turkish port of Ceyhan, Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) oil has been suspended on March 25, 2023. that It has been for three days today.
Baed of the KRG data, the Kurdistan Region sells 400,000 barrels of oil daily and currently, a barrel of KRG oil is priced at $55, which is $22 million per day. That indicates KRG has lost $66 million since the suspension of oil exports, in the past three days.
